In Lynn Haven, Steve Millaway acquired the former Sallie Mae Servicing Center building and renamed the 133,000-square-foot, waterfront facility The Atlantis Center. The tightly secured building, located in the Hugh Nelson Industrial Park, contains 80+ furnished offices equipped with enterprise-grade technology and high-speed networking and 12 conference rooms. Two 25,000-square-foot open areas are capable of accommodating light-manufacturing operations. An onsite maintenance team reflects TechFarms' commitment to tenant satisfaction.

The Atlantis Center also serves as an events, expo and conference center. As of September 2026, it had hosted a concert, sporting events, fundraisers, a boat show and commencement exercises for the Florida State University Panama City's 2026 graduating class.
